Contact

When visitors complete and submit the contact us form on the site we collect the name, email address and message provided by the visitor, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Digital Delegate

The digitaldelegate.online site and its subdomains collect data on behalf of the relevant customer and data controller. The data collected on each subdomain is specific to the event and controller.

Get Help Button:

When you use the ‘Get help’ button we collect your name, information about the problem, a small piece of text that is sent by your browser to all websites and the public IP address you are using. The browser text contains the browsers’ description of itself and the OS that it is running on.

We use this information along with the chat entries to help diagnose the issue you are asking about. After the event we may anonymise the browser data and a summary of the issue and use it to improve our service.

Pages on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

digital delegate sites are hosted on behalf of our customers. Data submitted on digitaldelegate.online subdomains is stored and processed on behalf the customers in order to provide a copy of the raw data by secure means.

Data collected from the Get Help button is not shared with anyone outside of Ofilms.

What rights you have over your data

If you have submitted personal information on one of our sites you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Data submitted by visitor contact forms on O-films.com websites may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

Data submitted on digitaldelegate.online websites is sent to the relevant data controller.
